Return & Cancellation Policy:

                All our products are made by our weavers when the order is placed. So, the products placed on our site are made and delivered after we receive order and in terms of that, we do not provide any return or cancellation of the products, but there is an option of exchange, please check our Exchange policy.

                We provide multiple images of the same product which can be seen in product page, please see all the images and place the order.

Exchange Policy:

You must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

All our products are handmade. Slight irregularities are common in handloom sarees and enhance the beauty of these sarees. Colours may vary slightly from the original as an effect of camera and light quality. Only in case of damage, products will be considered for exchange.  For raising the request, please reach us at contact@parimalecohub.com mentioning your Order ID or you can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available, and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Exchange request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

    When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment, we will need the proof of return by you.

    Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note Parimal Ecohub will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep

Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we will give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we will ship the product as soon as we receive it, and the balance would be given in the form of credit note.

Exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.

No discount will be given on exchange orders.

International Orders:

                We do not have exchange policy for the international customers.
